Our task was to build a transformation program for clients that provided leadership alignment, cultural change and revived market focus to provide a growth strategy and action plan. We created the IMAGINE program with specific process stages including assessments, a 3 day facilitated immersive client engagement workshop, culture change guidance, and project management throughout the transformation process.

Our work was very experience driven including:

• determining what activities were done when
• organizing impactful field trips and speakers
• designing the tools and props that would be used by the facilitators as well as the client
• crafting all client deliverables
• defining the tone and set up of every interaction
