M&A Liaison For JLL

Tasked to lead pilot efforts to determine viability of a partnership between JLL Technologies and Deskpass. A big focus of work included direct interaction with team existing and new JLL clients to introduce and trial the JLL Deskpass solution. Through the customer interaction we gathered insights into client needs. This allowed us to determine what would be needed to support the JLL Deskpass product within the existing structure of JLL's client solutions. Additionally we acted as liaison between JLL enterprise and Deskpass owners to inform the Deskpass product needs for enterprise level customers, develop the business structure and outline a scale strategy.
